We send out your order within 1-2 business days and ship via An Post Parcel Services, Ireland. Every package is tracked and a tracking number will be sent with the shipping notification. In the case of UK orders - the tracking number can be requested after I've dropped off the package at the Post Office. Small envelopes are not tracked - they are sent with a normal stamp. We usually have your order to you within 3-5 business days on the island of Ireland. For the UK and Europe it usually takes 5-10 business days and for the Rest of the World it takes 5-14 business days.

Once your order is dropped off at the post office, I am not responsible for the time it takes for your order to get to you. I do not have control over the pace of the post office! International orders can sometimes take up to 5 weeks to ship depending on where you are located in the world. Shipping delays can occur due to weather, customs, pandemics etc. I sadly can´t do anything about this, thank you for understanding.

When ordering online, there is always the potential for additional customs duties and import taxes on cross-border purchases. The buyer is responsible for paying any additional duties and taxes (such as those charged at customs) that may apply to their purchase. Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
