We send out your order within 1-2 business days and ship via An Post Parcel Services, Ireland. Every package is tracked and a tracking number will be sent with the shipping notification. In the case of UK orders - the tracking number can be requested after I've dropped off the package at the Post Office. Small envelopes are not tracked - they are sent with a normal stamp. We usually have your order to you within 3-5 business days on the island of Ireland. For the UK and Europe it usually takes 5-10 business days and for the Rest of the World it takes 5-14 business days.
Once your order is dropped off at the post office, I am not responsible for the time it takes for your order to get to you. I do not have control over the pace of the post office! International orders can sometimes take up to 5 weeks to ship depending on where you are located in the world. Shipping delays can occur due to weather, customs, pandemics etc. I sadly can´t do anything about this, thank you for understanding.
When ordering online, there is always the potential for additional customs duties and import taxes on cross-border purchases. The buyer is responsible for paying any additional duties and taxes (such as those charged at customs) that may apply to their purchase. Wallbuddy is not responsible and cannot pay additional fees of this nature.

I stand behind my WallBuddy products 100%. When you make a purchase with WallBuddy I do everything I can to make sure I print a very high quality image and ship it to you securely. If I fail to do this I will refund you the cost of the product once the following conditions have been met:
*I receive the returned item in an unused condition
*That the item is returned in the original secure packaging
Shipping is not eligible for refund unless there was a mistake in the printing process, or you were sent the wrong item. Return shipping fees are also the responsibility of the customer. There are no refunds, returns or exchanges on custom artwork, or digital downloads or files.

Information I Collect

I can't fault the customer service from this company. It was amazing. Unfortunately my partner didn't like the font on the print and thought the print was too large for his office. My fault for ordering it in such a big size. However he still likes it and appreciated it but I think we will re-order the same print in a smaller size with a different font at some point and I’ll re-use the frame for something else. Brilliant service and beautifully crisp, clear print. Thank you! Would highly recommend.
