We send out your order within 1-2 business days and ship via An Post Parcel Services, Ireland. Every package is tracked and a tracking number will be sent with the shipping notification. In the case of UK orders - the tracking number can be requested after I've dropped off the package at the Post Office. Small envelopes are not tracked - they are sent with a normal stamp. We usually have your order to you within 3-5 business days on the island of Ireland. For the UK and Europe it usually takes 5-10 business days and for the Rest of the World it takes 5-14 business days.

Once your order is dropped off at the post office, I am not responsible for the time it takes for your order to get to you. I do not have control over the pace of the post office! International orders can sometimes take up to 5 weeks to ship depending on where you are located in the world. Shipping delays can occur due to weather, customs, pandemics etc. I sadly can´t do anything about this, thank you for understanding.

When ordering online, there is always the potential for additional customs duties and import taxes on cross-border purchases. The buyer is responsible for paying any additional duties and taxes (such as those charged at customs) that may apply to their purchase.
